At Thames Centre Service Dogs, we're in the business of providing humanely trained, trustworthy service dogs of excellence to improve our clients' quality of life, while safely guiding them toward increased independence. As a service dog provider, we perform extensive training for Retrievers, Poodles, and now our own line of White German Shepherds that allows them to serve as psychiatric service dogs.
Our owner, operator, and director is L. Elizabeth Baker. After 30 years of dog training and rehabilitation, she decided to specialize in psychiatric service dogs. Ours is a well-respected business that has been in operation since 2003. We currently have service dogs available, and we're happy to help you finance one if necessary.

Training in a Beautiful, Spacious Setting
Our wheelchair-accessible training centre is located just outside Mount Brydges in beautiful Caradoc County. Our newly updated facilities provide us with even more space that works to our advantage in training our dogs. We're surrounded by peaceful, rolling hills and farmland, giving our clients a comfortable, quiet place to relax and learn.
Our dogs live in heated, licensed kennels. They receive daily individual training in our training barn before going to town for public access outings. Our dogs are trained in Strathroy, London, and Toronto, so they have experience in a variety of settings.
Our White German Shepherds are bred on-site with both parents available for viewing. Our Shepherds are not bred for show, but for temperament and health. Because of this, they're not CKC-registered. Our Labrador Retrievers and Poodles come from breeders with whom we have well-established relationships. Reach out to us to talk about your need for a service dog.
